We warmly invite teachers and educators to join this 10-week online group support program, designed to provide a trauma-informed approach for working with children and adolescents. This program offers a safe and supportive space for professional growth, self-discovery, and the opportunity to deepen your understanding of how trauma affects children, while exploring your own triggers and emotional patterns.

Our philosophy: There are no “hard” students, each student is an opportunity for learning and growth if we approach them with attention, awareness, and compassion.

Who Can Participate
You are welcome to join if you:

• Are a teacher or educator
• Are willing to explore your own emotional and behavioral patterns
• Are comfortable working in a supportive group environment
• Do not have a current mental health diagnosis

Weekly Meetings
The program consists of 10 weekly online sessions, each lasting 120 minutes:

• First 90 minutes: Explore topics such as trauma, developmental trauma, emotions, attachment, and more
• Last 30 minutes: Discussion of specific issues encountered with your students

1st week: Orientation & Introduction
2nd week: Enhancing Safety with Students
3rd week: Trauma: Understanding Trauma and Developmental Trauma
4th week: Triggers. The Influence of Trauma on Children & Defence Mechanisms, emotions, Autonomic Nervous System
5th week: Emotions: Perceptions. Beliefs.
6th week: Attachment: Secure & Insecure Attachment
7th week: Authenticity & Attachment: The Power of Compassion/attachment the power of compassion
8th week: Internet & Addiction
9th week: Possibility of Change: Window of Tolerance
10th week: Closure & Integration

Attendance Requirements
To ensure a safe and supportive environment:

• Participants must attend at least 8 of the 10 sessions
• Missing more than two sessions or being late more than 20 minutes counts as absence
• Participants who miss this round can repeat the course at a 50% discount

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund: Cancel 20 days before the start date
• 50% refund: Cancel 5 days before the start date
• No refund: Cancel within 4 days of the start date
