This program is designed for teachers and educators engaged with children and adolescents, offering a trauma-informed approach. It introduces participants to the effects of trauma on children, delving into developmental trauma and avenues for recovery. Moreover, it serves as an opportunity for self-discovery, helping individuals identify and understand their own triggers.

Our philosophy asserts that there are no "hard" students; rather, each student provides an opportunity for learning and growth if one is attentive and perceptive.

Weekly meetings include:

The program consists of 10 weekly 120-minute online sessions. The initial 90 minutes cover a diverse array of topics such as trauma, developmental trauma, emotions, attachment, etc.
The subsequent 30-minute segment is dedicated to discussions addressing specific issues encountered with your students.


1st week: orientation, introduction,
2nd week: enhancing safety with students
3rd week: trauma, what is trauma, developmental trauma
4th week: the influence of trauma on children, defense mechanisms
emotions,
5th week: the role of emotions for my children
6th week: attachment, secure/insecure attachment
7th week: authenticity/attachment the power of compassion
8th week: internet as an addiction
9th week: the possibility of changes. Window of tolerance
10th week: closure

Attendance Requirements for Participants

To enhance and maintain the safety of the group, participants are required to attend at least 8 of the 10 meetings. If more than two meetings are missed, the participant will be removed from the google invite and the zoom invite.if you are late more than 20 minutes you’ll be considered as missing the meeting. If you wish to repeat the course after missing this round you will be able to do this at a 50% discount.

Cancellation Policy

• 100 % refund if you cancel 60 days before the program starts.
• 50% refund if you cancel 25 days before the program starts.
• No refund is possible if you cancel starting from 24 days prior to the start date.
