This program is designed for current and prospective parents who are committed to improving their relationships with their children. It is an experimental group support which is aimed at assisting parents in better understanding themselves and their children.

.You can participate if you:

• Are present or future parent.
• Are willing to explore oneself
• Are able to work in a group
• Do not have any mental health diagnosis

Weekly meetings include:

The program comprises 10 weekly 120-minute online sessions, covering a range of topics including emotions, fear, family dynamic, attachment, etc during the first 90 minutes, followed by a 30-minute session for addressing specific issues with your children.

1st week: orientation, introduction, enhancing safety
2nd week: my child/children and me
3rd week: safety for my child/children
4th week: emotions, the role of emotions for my child/children
5th week: attachment, secure/insecure attachment
6th week: my attachment with my parents. AAI
7th week: “parental guilt”
8th week: internet and my child/children, my family dynamic for my child/children
9th week: the possibility of changes. Window of tolerence
10th week: closure

• To be more aware of your own emotions and beliefs
• To be more present with your child/children
• To develop more compassion and love fore your children
• To accept them without judgment

Fees

• Regular Price: Includes 10 Week Online Meetings 400€
• Repeat Participant, the cost is 200€

Attendance Requirements for Participants

To enhance and maintain the safety of the group, participants are required to attend at least 8 of the 10 meetings. If more than two meetings are missed, the participant will be removed from the google invite and the zoom invite.if you are late more than 20 minutes you’ll be considered as missing the meeting. If you wish to repeat the course after missing this round you will be able to do this at a 50% discount.

Cancellation Policy

• 100 % refund if you cancel 60 days before the program starts.
• 50% refund if you cancel 25 days before the program starts.
• No refund is possible if you cancel starting from 24 days prior to the start
